Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, start by taking it up with the provider. Keep a written record.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened. That may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
